I.A.No.1 of 2026 (FOR BEING MENTIONED) This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to correct the name of the Court in order dated 13.03.2026 in Crl.P.No.3419 of 2026.

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to oversight, the name of Court in the affidavit is wrongly mentioned as Hon'ble II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Huzurnagar, and the same is corrected.

Hence, the name of the Court in para 6(i) is replaced with 'Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Huzurnagar'.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.
