This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not permitting the students of petitioner institution in Electrician Trade 8 units (2010-2012) batch for All India Trade Test to be held from 3007-2012 as illegal. At the time of issuing notice before admission, this Court passed the interim order permitting the students in question to appear for All India Trade Test stated to be commencing on 30-07-2012 and their appearance and participation in the said Test and the results thereof shall be subject to any further or final orders that may be passed therein.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits in view of the same by afflux of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
