THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.2452 OF 2018 ORDER:
This petition is filed by the petitioners-A1 to A6 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.112 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, T.Sundur Police Station, T.Sundur village, Guntur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 506 and 509 r/w 34 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and falsely implicated in this case. There is no common intention. Number of relatives of the petitioners are roped in this case. There is no demand of dowry in the marriage of the 3rd respondent. 4.
Having regard to the nature of the allegations, the interest of the petitioners is required to be protected. The investigation has to go on to find out the innocence or otherwise of the petitioners.

Under these circumstances, the Station House Officer/Investigating Officer concerned shall complete the investigation and file final report, without arresting the petitonerss-A1 to A6 in the above crime.
6. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
