Heard learned counsel for the appellants. Perused the letter dated 03.01.2023 submitted to the Registry stating that on instructions the said letter was submitted and that the matter was settled outside the Court by paying an amount of Rs.8,71,360/-. While recording the submissions and the contents of the withdrawal letter, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to the costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed.
