In this writ petition, the petitioner assail the action of the 3rd respondent in refusing to register the document presented by him in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.3-00 in Sy.No.493-P of Yekollu Village, Doravari Satram Mandal, SPSR Nellore District and in including the said land in prohibitory list prepared by the revenue authorities, as illegal and arbitrary and for issuance of appropriate consequential directions. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the subject matter involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in WP No.26320 of 2015, dated 22-04-2016. This submission of the learned counsel is not disputed by the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue.

In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of and following the reasons stated in the order passed in WP No.26320 of 2015, dated 22-04-2016. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case shall also stand disposed of. A copy of the order in WP No.26320 of 2015 be annexed with this order.
