Learned counsel for the revision petitioner intends to withdraw the CRP with liberty to file appeal before the concerned District Court. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the CRP is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file appeal, in accordance with law, before the concerned District Court. In consequence, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
