Subhash Reddy) S r i G.Narendra Chetty, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that during pendency of this writ petition, final orders are passed by the 2nd respondent, as such, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to question the orders passed by the 2nd respondent.

Permission is accorded and the writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to question the orders passed by the 2nd respondent during pendency of the writ petition. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
