Sri Nakka Jagan Mohan Yadav v. The State Of Telangana

HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.2001 of 2019 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.795 of 2018 on the file of L.B. Nagar Law and Order Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionarate.

Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 09.12.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, L.B. Nagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionarate, wherein it is stated that the investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and charge sheet is filed before the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, vide C.C.No.2745 of 2019. In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
