THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO C.R.P.No.4574 of 2010 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri H.Venugopal, learned counsel for respondent No.19.

2. This Revision Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, in deciding I.A.No.1398 of 2010 in O.S.No.964 of 1997 filed by petitioner Nos.1 and 3 to 6..

3. The said application was filed under Order 32 Rule 7 (1) of the CPC for granting leave to enter into compromise by the petitioners with respondent No.19.

4. It is stated by Sri V.Ramachandra Goud, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri H.Venugopal, learned counsel, appearing for respondent No.19, that subsequently there has been a compromise entered into by the petitioners and the 19th respondent and this Court ought to record the said compromise in this Revision Petition.

5. In this Revision Petition, respondent Nos.1 to 18 have been shown as not necessary parties.

6. Therefore, it is not known what stand the said parties would take as regards the recording of the instant compromise.

7. Therefore, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this Revision Petition by directing the Court below to decide I.A.No.1398 of 2010 pending on its file and also consider any application filed by the petitioners and 19th respondent for recording of compromise as soon as the same is filed before it, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

8. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
