Heard the counsel for petitioner, and Sri N. Vasudeva Reddy, counsel for respondents.

The petitioner was originally employed as a conductor in the 1st respondent-Organization, but he suffered an accident in October, 2012 for which he was operated in the Nizams Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad, and plates and screws were fixed to his legs. 3.

Thereafter, the petitioner joined his duty on 18.05.2013. He claims to have then given a representation to provide desk job only which he again reiterated by way of another representation dt.17.10.2014 made to the 4th respondent.

The petitioner's grievance is that the said representation has not been considered till date.

Sri Sri N. Vasudeva Reddy, counsel for respondents, states that the respondents will consider petitioner's representation dt.17.10.2014 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate their decision to petitioner. 6.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
