The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 05.03.2010, passed in I.A.No.1314 of 2009 in O.S.No.958 of 2009 on the file of learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada.

2. No representation for the revision petitioner.

3. The telephonic information received from the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, is to the effect that the original suit in O.S.No.958 of 2009 itself was disposed of on 11.09.2011.

4. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

5. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
