Mr.Mahboob Hussain, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellant-Insurance Company, represents that the appellant intends to withdraw the appeal, as the matter is settled between the parties out of Court, and to that extent he filed a letter, dated 24.04.2017 seeking withdrawal of the appeal.
