HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.6 5 4 3 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of the Court that in the similar circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.16380 of 2017 on 06.06.2017 and a copy of the same is placed on record along with the Writ Petition as material paper. The operative portion of the said order reads as under: - "Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to decide the proposals noted above, made by the petitioners, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the decision taken thereon shall be communicated to the petitioners within a period of one week thereafter. Needless to state that if the petitioners are aggrieved of the action or inaction of the respondent mentioned above, they are at liberty to challenge the same before appropriate forum."

Following the said Order and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. 3.

Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 06.06.2017, in W.P.No.16380 of 2017 to this Order.
