THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.16803 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.131 of 2016 of Yellareddy Police Station, Nizamabad District for the offence punishable under Section 498-A IPC.

During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Telangana reported that entire investigation is complete and police filed charge sheet on 30.11.2016 before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Yellareddy; and the names of both the petitioners herein, accused Nos.2 and 3, were deleted from the array of accused in the charge sheet dropping all further proceedings against them. Hence, there is no need to examine the issues involved in these matters in view of dropping all further proceedings against the petitioners.

Consequently, the Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed and is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
