THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.9504 of 2009 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner-A2 in C.C. No.311 of 2009 on the file of the court of IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
