This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.3, in not extending the affiliation to petitioner No.2- College for running M.Sc.(Nursing) course despite approval granted by

respondent No.2, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mr.G.Srinivas, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that based on the interim direction granted by this Court, respondent No.3 has considered the petitioner's request and granted affiliation to petitioner No.2.

In the light of the above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the same is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.32511 of 2011, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of.
