THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE ABHI NAND KUMAR SHAVI LI WRI T PETI TI ON NO.5024 OF 2001 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to call for the records relating to and connected with I.D.No.648 of 1993 dated 11.11.1998. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, it is noticed that the writ petition against the 1st respondent, who is the contesting respondent, was dismissed for default on 18.8.2010; but the petitioner Corporation has not taken any steps to file restoration petition against the 1st respondent.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present writ petition and accordingly, writ petition is dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
