THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.23864 of 2007 ORDER:

On noticing the expiry of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court directed the Registry to issue notice to the petitioner. As per the endorsement of the Registry, it is clear that notice was sent to the petitioner on 24.11.2014 and the same was served on the petitioner. Despite service of notice, none appeared for the petitioner on 19.12.2014, hence this Court directed the Registry to list the writ petition after Sankranthi vacation, 2015. Again, when the matter was listed on 19.01.2015, none appeared for the petitioner. As such this Court directed the Registry that the writ petition to be listed today i.e. 21.01.2015 by showing the name of the petitioner in the cause title. Even though the name of the petitioner is shown in the cause title, none appears for the petitioner. It indicates that the petitioner herein has no interest to prosecute the writ petition.

In view of the above, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed for non prosecution.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
