HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.2014 of 2019 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.68 of 2019 on the file of Abids Police Station, Hyderabad. Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 18.6.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Abids Police Station, Hyderabad, wherein it is stated that the investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and charge sheet is filed before the learned II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally on 07.5.2019, vide C.C.No.7160 of 2019. In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
