This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ de-facto complainant, to quash the order, dated 22.05.2017, passed in Crl.R.P.No.116 of 2016, by the learned Sessions Judge, Anantapuramu.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ de-facto complainant, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record. 3 .

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner/ de-facto complainant that due to non communication between the petitioner/ de-facto complainant and his counsel, costs of Rs.150/ - imposed by the trial Court for condoning the delay of 125 days in representing the complaint was not paid to the District Legal Services Authority, Anantapuramu. Now the petitioner/ de-facto complainant is ready to pay the same. 4 .

Under these circumstances, the petitioner/ de-facto complainant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.150/ - (Rupees one hundred and fifty only) to the District Legal Services Authority, Anantapuramu, within a period of fifteen (15) days from today. On such payment and filing of proof of payment before the trial Court, the trial Court shall take required measures in CF.No.7128 of 2013 pending before it.

With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
