Petitioner claims that application was made in Form 6-A in Meeseva on 23-10-2018 praying to grant mutation of land to an extent of Ac.1-02 cents in Sy.No.341 of Kuppagandla Village, Veldanda Mandal, Nagarkurnool District. But no decision is made till date.

02. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue informs that infact Meeseva itself has not accepted the application and no application is pending. On instructions, he would further submit that the competent authority is inclined to consider the application if fresh application is made.

03. On prima facie reading of the receipt issued at Meeseva, it would show that application was not accepted. Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to make fresh application in Form 6-A.

04. Granting liberty to make application in Form 6-A requesting to mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records, this writ petition is disposed of. It is needless to observe that if such application is made as required, the same shall be considered and appropriate decision be communicated to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of application. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
