Today, at 10.30 A.M., Ms. S. Parineeta, learned counsel for the petitioner has made a mention to take up this matter as lunch motion, as her client wants to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition. Hence, it is taken up at 02.30 P.M.

Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
