THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION NO.23102 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the auction notice issued by the 5th respondent to conduct auction of lease hold rights over the lands of the 5th respondent, dated 09-07-2016.

2. Learned counsel for the 5th respondent submitted that the auction was postponed and that he is not in a position to say when the auction will be conducted. He further submitted that the 5th respondent will not evict the petitioners without following the due process of law.

3. In view of submission made by the learned counsel for the 5th respondent, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
