The accused and the complainant both are present. They filed Crl.R.C.M.P.No.678 of 2017 to record the compromise by allowing the revision by setting the conviction judgments of the Courts below.

The compromise petition is allowed since the couple is residing together by drowning their differences. In view of allowing of Crl.R.C.M.P.No.678 of 2017, the criminal revision is allowed by virtue of the compromise setting aside the conviction judgments and bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
