THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.31085 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of the District Cooperative Officer dated 02.02.2017 declaring the petitioner as disqualified consequent to his non-attendance in consecutive meetings of the Executive Committee, pursuant to the resolution passed by the Executive Committee. Since there is a provision for appeal, the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file an appeal.

Granting liberty, as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
