Heard before admission the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Public Prosecutor for the State There is nothing to interfere with the impugned order, but for, to suspend for one week from today so that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned committal Magistrate and move for bail before the Court concerned.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
