2016-01-29Vilas V.Afzulpurkar3 pages

HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION Nos.2505 and 2596 of 2016 COMMON ORDER:

Heard.

Since the cause in the writ petitions is similar, they are being heard and disposed of together.

The petitioners herein stated to have filed respective appeals before the 2nd respondent against the order of the 3rd respondent declining to rectify the record as per for by the petitioners. In the said appeals, the petitioners state that the 2nd respondent has already called for a report from the 3rd respondent and notices are also issued to private party respondents. Seeking early hearing of the said appeals, the present writ petition is filed.

As on today, I am not able to find from the record that the appeals are ripe for hearing after service of notice on the respondents. In view of the fact that the appeals were filed in the month of September, 2015, I deem it appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to hear and dispose of the said appeals expeditiously, if notices in the said appeals are served on the respondents.

The Writ Petitions are, accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _______________________
