The grievance of the petitioners in the writ petition is that their representation dated 11.11.2014 has not been considered by the 2nd respondent/Sri Varaha Lakshmi Nrusimha Swamy Temple. Learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent produced a copy of letter dated 17.02.2015 wherein the petitioners' representation was considered and rejected. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, petitioners are at liberty to challenge the proceedings dated 17.02.2015. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
