THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.282 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking to transfer C.C.No.532 of 2014 pending on the file of IV Additional Junior Civil Judge-cumJudicial Magistrate of First Class, Chittoor to the Court of XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Miyapur. After arguing for some time, since this Court is not satisfied with the grounds raised for transfer of the case, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his argument to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court.

In the circumstances, the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates so specifically the trial Court insists for her appearance. The petitioner is directed to be represented by a counsel on all hearing dates.

The Transfer Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
