This Family Court Appeal arises out of order and decree dated 31-01-2007 in O.P.No. 496 of 2004 on the file of the Court of Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Case - cum - Additional Family Judge - cum - XXIII Additional Chief Judge, Red Hills, Nampally at Hyderabad (for short, 'the trial Court'), whereby it has rejected the relief claimed by the appellant for grant of divorce against the respondent.
2. Both parties have filed F.C.A.M.P.No. 217 of 2016, wherein it is stated that during the pendency of this appeal and on the advice of elders and wellwishers and in the larger interests of the two minor female children, they have decided to live together and lead happy married life. It is also stated that the respondent will withdraw M.C.No. 78 of 2005 pending in the Court of Additional Family Judge - cum - XXIII Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad. 3.
At the hearing, both parties are personally present and they have informed the Court that they have entered into the compromise out of their free will and consent and that the appeal may be disposed of in terms of the joint memo of compromise filed along with F.C.A.M.P.No. 217 of 2016. 4.
Having regard to the above facts, F.C.A.M.P.No. 217 of 2016 is allowed and F.C.A.No. 126 of 2008 is disposed of in terms of the joint memo of compromise which is placed on record.
