THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI Review Petition No.20102 of 2017 In/And WRIT PETITION No.5906 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This is an application, filed under Section 114 of Code of Civil Procedure, seeking review of the order dated 19.04.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5906 of 2016.

Heard the learned counsel for the review petitioner/respondent in writ petition and Sri Peeta Raman, learned counsel for the respondent/writ petitioner. This Court, by way of an order dated 19.04.2016, disposed of the writ petition following an order dated 29.01.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.36337 of 2012 and batch. Similar orders were assailed before Division Bench and the Division Bench of this court confirmed the orders passed by the learned single Judge. Questioning the said orders, the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation preferred Civil Appeal No.3529 of 2017 and batch before the Honourable Apex Court and the Honourable Apex Court, by way of an order dated 23.02.2017, allowed the said appeals with certain directions and copy of the same is also placed on record.

In view of the orders passed by the Honourable Apex Court, the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.5906 of 2016 dated 19.04.2016, stands reviewed.

Accordingly, the review petition stands disposed of and consequently, the writ petition also stands disposed of in terms

of the orders passed by the Honourable Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.3529 of 2017 and batch.
