This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in resorting to make constructions for marketing yard in the land of the petitioner admeasuring Ac.6.67 cents situated in Sy.No.830/3 of Lakshmipuram, Pedavegi Village and Mandal, West Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
