O R D E R

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-Accused No.1 seeking relaxation of the condition No.1 imposed by the trial Court in its order dated 05.12.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.5976 of 2025 in Crime No.384 of 2025, which reads as follows:

"1) The petitioners/A1 and A2 shall appear before the SHO Amberpet, on every Wednesday in between 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. for a period of three months or till filing of the charge sheet, whichever is earlier."

Heard Sri Syed Osman, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was removed from job at Hyderabad and was forced to traverl from his native place Bihar to Hyderabad and he is facing hardships in attending the P.S. on every Wednesday and that the petitioner regularly appeared before the concerned SHO. Therefore, prayed for relaxation of the imposed condition to the extent of appearing before the concerned SHO. 4.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed against the petitioner in order dated 05.12.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.5976 of 2025 in Crime No.384 of 2025, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Investigating Officer as and when his presence is required. 5.
