THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TR.C.M.P.No.562 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.256 of 2017 pending on the file of the Family Court, City Civil Court, Secunderabad and transfer the same to the Court of the Principal District Judge, Karimnagar. 2 At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to dispense with the presence of the petitioner in FCOP No.256 of 2017 before the Family Court on each and every date of adjournment.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioner before the Family Court in FCOP No.256 of 2017 is dispensed with on each and every date of adjournment. However, the petitioner shall appear before the Family Court as and when her presence is so required.

The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
