SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITON No.2464 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is A9, in Crime No.460 of 2015 on the file of Nallapadu Police Station, Guntur District. The offences alleged are under Sections 147, 148, 302 r/w Section 149 of IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The case of the prosecution is that as per the plan hatched by all the accused, A9 followed the deceased and started informing his movements to A8, who has planned for the murder of the deceased.

Hence, this Court opines that it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
