HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE ANIS CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.755 OF 2008 O R D E R:

This Criminal Revision Case under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C') is filed by the revision petitioner herein challenging the order dated 29-04-2008, passed by IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Chittoor, in Crl.M.P.No.2055 of 2008 in Crime No.30 of 2006 whereunder and whereby the accused were directed to appear before the D.S.P. C.I.D. RCIU, Tirupati, so as to produce them before the expert, F.S.L. Hyderabad for conducting polygraph test.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case the police already filed their final report praying the Court to treat the crime as 'undetectable' and also filed a copy of the letter addressed by IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Chittoor dated 22.01.2015.

3. As the police filed a final report to treat the crime as 'undetectable', the order in this Criminal Revision Case is not necessary.

4. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.

5. The Registry is directed to return the original record to the Court concerned.

6. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
