Smt. M. Shanti Kumari, learned counsel for the appellant, has addressed a letter, dated 19.04.2017, to the Registry, wherein she has stated that the parties to the appeal have compromised the dispute out of Court and settled their claims amicably and that therefore, the appellant intends to withdraw the appeal.

In view of the above letter, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
