2. By this writ petition petitioner questions the action of the respondents in issuance of the pattadar passbooks and title deeds although the impugned

Memo No.B/354/2010 dated 26.03.2010 was set aside by this court in W.P.No.18086 of 2012 dated 04.09.2012. Petitioner has filed representations dated 08.09.2012 and 30.08.2014 before the fourth respondent seeking cancellation of pattadar passbooks and title deeds issued in favour of Ghousia Begum, Safia Begam and Mohd. Zakir in respect of the land in survey No.51, admeasuring Ac.1-38 guntas at Sahebnagar Khurd Village, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

3. Evidently, this court by order dated 04.09.2012 allowed the writ petition viz., W.P.No.18086 of 2012 and set aside the impugned Memo viz., Memo No. B/354/10 dated 26.03.2010.

4. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner and after notice to the affected parties, hold appropriate enquiry, and pass necessary orders expeditiously preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
