THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.8037 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.443 of 2015 of Hayathnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, on various grounds.

During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor (TS) brought to the notice of this court that the police investigated into the crime and filed charge sheet and the same was registered as C.C. No.1201 of 2015.

In view of filing charge sheet, Crime No.443 of 2015 cannot be quashed at this stage. Hence, the petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.

In the result, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
