THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.7914 of 2013 ORDER:

The petitioners aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in considering and disposing of representation dated 21-01-2013 have filed the instant writ petition.

The petitioners rely upon survey report dated 19-01-2013. On 17-04-2017, notice before admission was ordered. The respondents have not filed counter affidavit. After perusing the material available on record, this Court is of the view that the petitioners can be given liberty to file comprehensive representation before the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent can be directed to consider the same and communicate the decision to the petitioners.

Without getting into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to represent to the 2nd respondent within six weeks from today by enclosing a copy of this order and the 2nd respondent is directed to examine the representation and communicate the decision expeditiously. No order as to costs.
