THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.6612 of 2018 ORDER:

In the present writ petition, the grievance of the writ petitioner is with regard to non-registration of crime and issuance of FIR pursuant to his report, dated 08.02.2018, and received by the 5th respondent/ Station House Officer, Kukatpally Police Station, on 09.02.2018.

I have heard the submissions of Sri K.Ramakanth Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; and, of the learned Government Pleader for Home (TS) appearing for the respondents 1 to 5. I have perused the material record. 3.

At the hearing, learned Government Pleader, on written instructions, would submit that a case in Crime No.241 of 2018 was registered, on 17.03.2018, for the offence punishable under Section 379 IPC and that investigation is taken up by the 5th respondent-Station House Officer, Kukatpally Police Station.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
