Learned counsel for petitioner confines his prayer to direct the trial Court to dispose of I. A. No.1643 of 2016 on merits within reasonable time. It is stated that counter affidavit is already filed and the petitioner is seeking vacation of interim stay granted on 23.11.2016.

I have perused the material available on record and I am satisfied that the learned Junior civil Judge can be directed to hear and dispose of I. A. No.1643 of 2016 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
