ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not permitting the petitioner to appear for BioChemistry examination scheduled to be held on 20.07.2012 as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, learned counsel for both the parties have submitted that in pursuance of the interim order passed by this Court, the petitioner was permitted to appear for Bio-Chemistry examination and that therefore the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
In the light of the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of Writ Petition, WPMP.No.28232 of 2012 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
