Chitti Varalakshmi, v. The Special Deputy Collector,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.25252 of 2011 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondents.
2.
The only grievance of the petitioners in this Writ Petition is that the respondents have not indicated the survey number for the plots allotted to them, which is causing difficulties to the petitioners for obtaining loans from financial institutions for the purpose of making construction in the said plots.
3.
Though counter affidavit is filed by 1st respondent, no reason is assigned why the respondents have not mentioned the survey number in the proceedings issued to the petitioners for the house plots allotted to them.
4.
Since there is no valid reason given by the respondents for not mentioning the survey number in the allotment letters given to the petitioners, there shall be a direction to the respondents to issue allotment letters to the petitioners mentioning the survey number where the respective plots given to the petitioners are located. This exercise shall be done within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.
The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
6.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
