THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13504 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A4 in C.C. No.9 of 2012 on the file of the court of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ongole.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to her under law including filing of fresh criminal petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the certified copy of the charge sheet filed in this criminal petition may be directed to be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. The Registry is directed to return certified copy of charge sheet to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
