CVNR,J & TA, J Date:31.10.2018 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This civil miscellaneous appeal is filed against order and decree dated 16.09.2016 in S.M.O.P.No.90 of 2014 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Madanapalle, Chittoor district. 2.

Mr.Mahadeva Kanthrigala, learned counsel for the appellant addressed a letter dated 30.10.2018, wherein he has stated that as the parties have compromised the dispute, his client does not intend to pursue the appeal. At the hearing, the learned counsel reiterated the contents of the said letter.

In the light of the above, the civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
