HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.723 of 2019 ORDER:

The Contempt Case is filed complaining disobedience to the order dated 31.01.2019 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.1742 of 2019.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected vide proceedings dated 11.03.2019. By accepting and placing the submission of the learned Standing Counsel on record, the Contempt Case is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection order dated 11.03.2019, he is at liberty to challenge the same.
