THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.6522 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 herein to act in accordance with law and to provide electricity service connections in the property of the petitioners i.e. plot Nos. 1072 admeasuring 300 sq. yards in Sy.No.11/33 situated at Khanamet Village under GHMC Serilingampally Circle, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District without being influenced by the constructions of the 6th respondent."

Heard Sri G.Kiran Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Energy for the 1st respondent, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned standing counsel for the respondents 2 to 5 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned standing counsel for the 6th respondent. 3.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.32614 of 2015, dated 18.12.2015 and a copy of the said order is also placed on record along with the writ petition as material paper.

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of, in terms thereof.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
