HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.34983 of 2016 ORDER:

1. This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to respondents Nos.3 and 4 to investigate into FIR No.154 of 2016.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. The main grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 3 and 4 are not conducting investigation properly in the above FIR No.154 of 2016.

4. Considering the circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:

"Respondents Nos.3 and 4 are directed to complete the investigation in FIR No.154 of 2016 and file a final report in either way, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
