HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed alleging that on account of pendency of O.S.No.120 of 2013 pending in the Court of Agent to the Government at Khammam, grave injustice is caused to the petitioner with reference to getting the benefits. In the said suit, petitioner is defendant. According to the petitioner, for no reason suit is kept pending for more than six years. 2.

If what is contended by the petitioner is true and no impediment is created by the petitioner on early disposal of the suit, the Agent to the Government is directed to expedite hearing of the suit and dispose of the same by affording due opportunity to the respective parties within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
